Senior Architect - Design and Planning
Location: Izhevsk, Russia


We are searching for a talented and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Izhevsk. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading the design and planning of various architectural projects. Our ideal candidate is a creative thinker with strong technical skills and a passion for architecture.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process from concept through construction for various architectural projects
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, contractors, and other team members to ensure successful project delivery
- Develop detailed drawings, models, and presentations to communicate design ideas effectively
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and quality of construction
- Mentor and supervise junior architects on the team

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design and planning
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other related software
- Excellent communication skills in English (Russian language skills are a plus)
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines under pressure
