Executive Chef
We are seeking a skilled Executive Chef to join our team in São Paulo, Brazil. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our kitchen and ensuring the quality and consistency of our menu offerings. You will also be responsible for creating new dishes and menus, managing inventory and budget, and training and supervising kitchen staff. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as an Executive Chef in a high-volume restaurant environment, strong leadership skills, and a passion for creating innovative and delicious cuisine.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations including food preparation, cooking, plating, and presentation.
- Create new dishes and menus that align with current culinary trends while also meeting dietary restrictions or preferences.
- Manage inventory levels to ensure proper stock levels while minimizing waste.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors to ensure high-quality ingredients are sourced at competitive prices.
- Train, mentor, and supervise kitchen staff to maintain a high level of performance.
- Implement food safety standards and ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor budgetary expenses related to food costs and labor costs.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef in a high-volume restaurant environment.
- Culinary degree or equivalent training preferred.
- Strong knowledge of various cooking techniques, ingredients, flavors, and cuisines.
- Ability to create innovative dishes that appeal to a wide range of tastes.
- Proficient in managing inventory levels to minimize waste while ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train, mentor, motivate, and supervise kitchen staff.
- Knowledgeable about food safety standards and health regulations.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Salary:
The salary for this position is 1300$ per month.

This position is located in São Paulo, Brazil. However, candidates of any nationality with a valid work permit are welcome to apply.
