Body Repair Master


Our body repair shop in Bergen is seeking a skilled and experienced Body Repair Master to join our team. As a Body Repair Master, you will be responsible for repairing and restoring damaged vehicles to their original condition.

Responsibilities:
- Inspect vehicles for damage and determine the best course of action for repair
- Repair and replace damaged body parts using various tools and techniques
- Sand, buff, and paint repaired areas to match the rest of the vehicle
- Perform quality checks on completed repairs to ensure they meet safety and cosmetic standards
- Communicate with customers about repair options and provide cost estimates
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies as needed

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Body Repair Master or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of vehicle mechanics, body repair techniques, and tools
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
- Strong attention to detail with excellent hand-eye coordination
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and work in various positions for extended periods of time
- Good communication skills with the ability to explain repairs to customers in a clear manner
