Apprentice Shaper in Split, Croatia


We are seeking a motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as an Apprentice Shaper in Split, Croatia. As an Apprentice Shaper, you will work alongside experienced professionals to learn the skills and techniques necessary for shaping surfboards and other watercraft. Responsibilities:
- Assist with shaping surfboards according to specific designs and measurements
- Learn how to use various shaping tools and equipment
- Sand, buff, and finish surfboards to ensure a smooth surface
- Assist with glassing and laminating boards
- Help maintain a clean and organized shaping room

Requirements:
- Must be fluent in English
- Malayalee preferred but not required
- No previous experience necessary, but a strong interest in surfing and shaping is essential
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Accommodation will not be provided, so local candidates are preferred

Salary:
This is an entry-level position with a starting salary of $1500 per month. Additional opportunities for growth within the company may be available for outstanding candidates.
