Requirements:
- Native or near-native proficiency in English
- Experience in teaching or tutoring English as a second language
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Linguistics, or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs
- Available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons that focus on grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and conversation skills
- Assess student's current level of English and create personalized learning plans
- Provide constructive feedback and monitor student progress
- Utilize a variety of teaching materials and resources
- Maintain accurate records of students' attendance and performance
