Administrator - Muharraq, Bahrain
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrator to join our team in Muharraq, Bahrain. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for efficiently managing administrative tasks and providing support to various departments within the company. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize office operations, including maintaining inventory and ordering supplies
- Handle incoming calls and emails, responding promptly and directing inquiries to the appropriate person
- Prepare and distribute company documents, reports, and presentations as needed
- Maintain electronic and physical filing systems in an organized manner
- Assist with scheduling meetings and appointments for team members
- Coordinate travel arrangements for employees as needed
- Process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents accurately
- Work closely with other departments to ensure efficient communication and collaboration
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Proven experience in an administrative role; experience in a fast-paced environment is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is preferred but not required
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Proactive problem solver with a positive attitude
Salary:
The salary for this position is 1400$ per month.
