Architectural Designer (Pakistani/African Women)

We are seeking a talented and experienced Architectural Designer to join our team in Atlanta. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating innovative and functional designs for various architectural projects. This is a full-time position that requires previous experience in the field and a biometric passport.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their design needs and preferences
- Create detailed architectural drawings, 3D models, and plans using computer-aided design software
- Conduct research and analysis to ensure designs comply with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Present design concepts to clients and make necessary revisions based on feedback
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure smooth execution of projects
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in architectural technology
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Architectural Designer
- Proficiency in computer-aided design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and concisely
- Creativity and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
