Architectural Designer


We are currently hiring a talented Architectural Designer to join our dynamic team in Atlanta. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating and designing innovative architectural concepts for various projects. Your role will involve collaborating with clients, engineers, and construction teams to ensure successful implementation of designs. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of building codes and regulations, along with excellent design skills.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their design needs and preferences
- Create and present design proposals to clients
- Develop architectural plans, drawings, and 3D models using computer-aided design software
- Ensure designs comply with building codes and regulations
- Work closely with engineers and construction teams during the project implementation phase
- Conduct site visits to ensure designs are being executed accurately
- Make necessary revisions to designs based on client feedback or changes in project requirements
- Stay updated on industry trends, new materials, and construction techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Architectural Designer or similar role
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit or other computer-aided design software
- Excellent knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Ability to create detailed drawings and 3D models
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members
- Attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Portfolio showcasing previous design projects

Salary: $1000/month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Atlanta (Preference for Indian candidates)
