Job Title: Sales Manager

We are hiring a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Khanpur. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives and driving company revenue through effective sales strategies. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals
- Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet targets
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition
- Provide training and coaching to sales staff as needed
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales management
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Salary: $1200 per month
