Executive Chef
As an Executive Chef at our high-end restaurant in Medina, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen operations. You will work closely with the management team to create and maintain an exceptional dining experience for our guests. Your culinary expertise, leadership skills, and attention to detail will be crucial in ensuring the success of our restaurant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and update menu offerings based on seasonal ingredients and customer preferences
- Train and supervise kitchen staff, including cooks, sous chefs, and assistants
- Oversee food preparation, ensuring quality and consistency in all dishes served
- Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Monitor food costs and make adjustments to maintain profitability
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, following health and safety guidelines
- Collaborate with management team to develop new concepts and promotions for the restaurant
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-end restaurant setting
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification preferred
- Extensive knowledge of various cooking techniques, cuisines, and ingredients
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate a team
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks while maintaining quality standards
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English with strong communication skills
- Must be able to legally work in Medina
