Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, cakes, and other baked goods according to established recipes.
- Decorate and present baked goods in an attractive manner.
- Monitor oven temperatures and adjust as needed to ensure optimal baking.
- Inspect quality of ingredients and finished products.
- Maintain inventory of baking supplies and equipment.
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of work area.
- Train new bakers or assistants as needed.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Baker or similar role.
- Knowledge of different baking techniques and methods.
- Familiarity with commercial baking equipment.
- Attention to detail with excellent hand-eye coordination.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Creativity in decorating baked goods.
- Good communication skills in order to work effectively with other team members.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1700 per month, along with opportunities for growth within the company.
