We are a renowned bakery in Albena, Bulgaria and we are seeking an experienced Head Baker to join our team. As the Head Baker, you will be responsible for overseeing the production of all baked goods and managing a team of bakers.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the preparation and production of various baked goods such as bread, pastries, and cakes
- Ensure that all products meet our high standards of quality and freshness
- Create new recipes and develop innovative ideas for seasonal offerings
- Manage inventory and order necessary ingredients and supplies
- Train and supervise a team of bakers, ensuring they adhere to proper techniques and food safety guidelines
- Monitor production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products to our customers
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience as a baker, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Extensive knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop new recipes and flavor combinations
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent time management skills to ensure timely delivery of products
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must have own visa or be eligible for work permit in Bulgaria

Salary: 1000$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
