Junior QA Engineer
We are hiring a Junior QA Engineer to join our growing team in Vilnius. As a Junior QA Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of our software products through manual and automated testing. This is a great opportunity for someone with some experience in QA testing or a recent graduate looking to start their career in this field.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in the entire software development process, from requirements gathering to release
- Execute test cases and identify and report bugs and issues
- Collaborate with the development team to reproduce and resolve issues
- Develop and maintain automated tests to increase efficiency and accuracy of testing
- Conduct regression testing to ensure fixes do not impact existing functionality
- Continuously improve the QA process by identifying areas for improvement
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- 1+ years of experience in software quality assurance/testing (or relevant internships)
- Familiarity with bug tracking tools such as JIRA or TFS
- Experience with automated testing tools such as Selenium or Appium is a plus
- Knowledge of programming languages like Java, C#, or Python is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot technical issues
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team
Salary:
This is a full-time position with a salary of $1100 per month. Other benefits include accommodation and assistance with obtaining necessary visa documentation.
