Body Repair Master

A reputable auto repair shop in Sharjah is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Body Repair Master to join our team. We are looking for a candidate with at least 5 years of experience in body repair and restoration, preferably with expertise in repairing damage caused by accidents or collisions. The ideal candidate should have strong attention to detail and be able to work efficiently under pressure. This is a contract position and candidates must have their own visa. Accommodation will not be provided. This is an excellent opportunity for Pakistani and Malayalee candidates who are looking for a well-paying job without the need for English proficiency. Students with relevant experience are also welcome to apply.

Responsibilities:
- Inspect damaged vehicles and determine the best course of action for repair
- Disassemble damaged parts, such as fenders, hoods, doors, etc.
- Straighten bent frames and weld replacement parts
- Replace damaged parts using appropriate tools and techniques
- Perform body filler work to repair dents and scratches
- Sand, prime, and paint repaired areas to match vehicle color
- Reassemble vehicle parts and perform final quality checks before returning it to the customer

Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in body repair and restoration
- Proficiency in using various tools and equipment for body repair work
- Strong knowledge of vehicle structures and mechanics
- Ability to read schematics/diagrams related to vehicle repairs
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers (knowledge of English is not required)
- Must have own visa (sponsorship will not be provided)
- Pakistani or Malayalee nationality preferred (other nationalities may also apply)
- Students with relevant experience are also welcome
