Architectural Technologist

Our architectural firm is seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team in Chelyabinsk. As an Architectural Technologist, you will work closely with our architects and engineers to support the design and development of building projects. This role requires strong technical skills and experience in construction documentation, building codes, and project coordination.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop building designs
- Prepare detailed construction drawings using CAD software
- Ensure designs comply with building codes and regulations
- Conduct site visits to assess progress and ensure compliance with plans
- Assist in project management tasks such as budgeting and scheduling
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and consultants

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Strong knowledge of construction documentation and building codes
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD or Revit)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
