Architectural Technologist


We are currently seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team in Chelyabinsk. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for creating, designing, and managing architectural projects from conception to completion. You will work closely with architects and other professionals to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet all relevant regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and other professionals on the design of various architectural projects
- Prepare detailed drawings and specifications using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess project feasibility
- Research materials and products to ensure they meet project requirements
- Create accurate cost estimates for proposed projects
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure deadlines are met
- Ensure all projects comply with relevant building codes, regulations, and standards

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficient in CAD software
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and standards
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting

Salary: $1000 per month
