Industrial Architect - Washington, USA (Indian Nationals preferred)


We are seeking an experienced Industrial Architect to join our team in Washington, USA. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings and facilities. This is a contract position with a salary of 1700$ per month, with accommodation provided and free visa and ticket provided for Indian nationals.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design plans for industrial buildings and facilities
- Create architectural drawings and 3D models using computer-aided design software
- Oversee the construction process to ensure it adheres to the design plans and meets safety standards
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure seamless execution of projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Industrial Architect
- Strong proficiency in computer-aided design software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Knowledge of building codes, safety standards, and construction methods for industrial buildings
