Housekeeping Supervisor

As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the housekeeping department in a hotel located in Mombasa. This position is suitable for men and Filipino nationals who are fluent in English and are looking for job opportunities abroad with free visa and ticket provided.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train housekeeping staff to ensure high-quality service and cleanliness standards are met
- Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and place orders as needed
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and hotel facilities to ensure cleanliness and maintenance
- Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests and maintain a smooth operation
- Handle guest complaints or concerns promptly and effectively
- Develop and implement procedures to improve efficiency and quality of housekeeping services
- Maintain records of staff attendance, performance, and training
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control for the housekeeping department

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or similar role in a hotel setting
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to lead, train, motivate, and manage a team effectively
- Strong communication skills in English (both spoken and written)
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, equipment, and safety procedures
- Flexibility to work shifts including weekends, holidays, or overtime as needed
