Junior Computer Support Specialist

We are a leading technology company based in Khanpur, seeking a highly motivated and skilled Junior Computer Support Specialist to join our team. As a Junior Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring smooth functioning of computer systems. This is a contract position with a salary of $1800 per month.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software systems
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email or in person
- Troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues
- Install and configure computer systems, peripherals and software applications
- Perform regular maintenance tasks on computer systems
- Keep track of all support requests and provide timely resolutions to clients
