Logistics Coordinator
We are currently hiring for a Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate should have experience in coordinating and managing logistics operations, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to work well under pressure.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of logistics operations including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management
- Communicate with suppliers, vendors, and customers to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Track shipments and update relevant parties on status and any delays
- Prepare and maintain logistics reports, records, and documentation
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
- Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for replenishment as needed
- Identify areas for improvement in logistics processes and implement solutions
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in logistics coordination or a similar role
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)
- Biometric passport required for international travel
