As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the activities of a team to ensure efficient and effective operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of individuals to achieve project objectives
- Set clear goals and expectations for team members and provide regular feedback on their performance

- Collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of projects
- Develop and implement strategies to improve team productivity and efficiency
- Conduct training sessions for new team members to ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their roles effectively

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (fresh graduates are welcomed)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Proven experience in project management is preferred but not required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment
