Teamlead (Fonvieille)

As a Teamlead in Fonvieille, you will be responsible for leading a team of individuals to achieve company goals and objectives. Your role will be to oversee the daily operations of the team, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. You will also be responsible for creating and implementing strategies to improve team performance and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, train, and motivate team members to achieve individual and team targets
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback to ensure high-quality work
- Develop and implement strategies to improve team efficiency and productivity
- Create and maintain schedules, ensuring that tasks are completed on time
- Conduct regular meetings with the team to discuss progress, challenges, and solutions
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth cross-functional operations
- Identify training needs within the team and coordinate relevant training sessions
- Resolve conflicts or issues within the team in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of team performance, including attendance and productivity levels

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively convey information to a diverse group of individuals
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks based on importance and urgency
- Proven track record of meeting targets and achieving goals
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field preferred but not required
