Part-Time Teamlead in Fonvieille



We are hiring a motivated and dynamic Part-Time Teamlead to join our team in Fonvieille. As a Teamlead, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of employees, ensuring their productivity and performance meets the company's standards.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of employees to achieve targets and goals set by the company
- Train and onboard new team members, providing them with necessary resources and support
- Monitor team performance, provide feedback and coaching to improve productivity
- Ensure efficient scheduling of team members to meet workload demands
- Collaborate with other teams to optimize processes and workflows
- Maintain positive working relationships with team members, addressing any conflicts or issues that may arise
- Keep track of inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education preferred
- Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in a retail or customer service environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently while also being an effective team player
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

We offer competitive pay at $1100 per month for part-time work (20 hours per week) with potential for growth within the company. This position does not require prior experience or accommodation.
