Merchandiser Supervisor
We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Merchandiser Supervisor to join our team in Salalah. As a Merchandiser Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the merchandising operations and ensuring that all products are displayed and marketed in an attractive and effective manner.
Your main responsibilities will include creating merchandising plans, coordinating with suppliers, training and supervising merchandisers, and monitoring inventory levels. You will also be responsible for analyzing sales data, identifying trends, and making recommendations to improve product placement and sales.
To excel in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, strong leadership abilities, and a keen eye for detail. Previous experience as a Merchandiser or in a similar supervisory role is preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Develop merchandising plans based on market trends, customer preferences, and sales data
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products
- Train new merchandisers on company policies, product knowledge, and merchandising techniques
- Supervise the work of merchandisers to ensure compliance with company standards
- Monitor inventory levels and make adjustments as needed
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvements
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and sales to develop effective strategies
- Conduct regular store visits to assess product placement and display effectiveness
- Address any customer complaints or issues related to merchandising
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in merchandising
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
- Proven experience as a Merchandiser or in a similar supervisory role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions
- Knowledge of merchandising techniques and trends
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software programs
