Network and Systems Administrator

Our company, a leading IT solutions provider in Izhevsk, is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Network and Systems Administrator to join our team. This full-time position is suitable for male candidates with expertise in managing and maintaining computer networks, systems, and servers.

Responsibilities:
- Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Implement security measures to protect the organization's data and network
- Maintain system backups and ensure data recovery in case of emergencies
- Collaborate with other IT professionals to design and implement network upgrades or new systems
- Provide technical support to end-users on hardware, software, and connectivity issues

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Network and Systems Administrator
- Extensive knowledge of LAN/WAN networks, TCP/IP protocols, firewalls, routers, switches, etc.
- Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Russian

Salary:
