- Keep accurate records of all repairs and maintenance performed
- Assist with equipment upgrades and new installations
- Collaborate with other technicians to solve complex problems
- Stay updated on industry advancements and new technologies

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of radio technology and operations
- Previous experience as a Radio Technician or in a related field preferred
- Ability to read schematics and technical manuals
- Proficient in troubleshooting technical issues
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Willingness to learn new technologies and procedures
- Must be physically able to lift heavy objects and work at heights if necessary
