Construction Manager


Our construction company based in Vilnius is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee our projects in the city. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in construction management and be able to effectively lead and coordinate teams to ensure successful completion of projects.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion
- Develop project schedules, monitor progress, and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines
- Manage project budgets and ensure efficient use of resources
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders involved in the project
- Monitor compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and identify any issues or delays
- Communicate project updates and progress reports to upper management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in construction management or related role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality standards

Salary: $1400 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Please note that this position is open to all nationalities. However, candidates must have a valid biometric passport for travel purposes. This is a non-accompanied position; therefore, candidates must be able to arrange their own accommodation in Vilnius.
