Responsibilities:
- Plan and oversee construction projects from start to finish
- Create project timelines and budgets, ensuring they are met
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other professionals involved in the project
- Obtain necessary permits and licenses
- Monitor progress of projects and make adjustments as needed
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
- Manage subcontractors and suppliers
- Communicate with clients about project updates and any issues that arise
- Ensure quality control by conducting regular inspections
- Keep accurate records of all project activities

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred
- Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and legal requirements
- Excellent project management skills
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate teams towards achieving goals
