Mason - Construction Worker


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mason to join our construction team in Salalah. As a Mason, you will be responsible for laying brick, stone, and other building materials to construct or repair walls, foundations, and other structures. You must have a strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. This is a contract position with a salary of 900$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Measure and mark surfaces to be covered
- Mix mortar or grout according to standard formulas
- Spread mortar or other adhesives onto surfaces using hand tools
- Lay bricks, stones, or blocks in rows or patterns according to plans
- Align structures vertically and horizontally using levels
- Cut or saw bricks, stones, or blocks to fit into spaces as needed
- Clean excess mortar from surfaces for a neat finish
- Repair any cracks or damage in existing structures
- Follow all safety regulations and practices on job sites

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Mason in the construction industry
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, tools, and techniques
- Ability to read blueprints and follow plans accurately
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Good time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
- Own visa preferred
