Senior Developer - Vilnius, Lithuania

As a senior developer in our fast-paced and dynamic team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex software solutions. Your expertise in various programming languages and frameworks will be crucial in delivering high-quality code that meets business requirements. You will also work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new features and enhancements. Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop and maintain software applications using various programming languages and frameworks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
- Troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues
- Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a software developer
- Strong proficiency in at least one programming language (Java, Python, C++, etc.)
- Experience working with databases (SQL or NoSQL)
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality code on time
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience with front-end development (HTML/CSS/JavaScript)
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
