We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Siauliai, Lithuania. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine the boundaries, topography, and other features of land, as well as preparing reports and maps based on your findings.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys to determine boundaries, topography, and other features of land
- Use specialized equipment such as GPS, total stations, and drones to collect data
- Analyze survey data and prepare reports and maps
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure accuracy of survey results
- Maintain accurate records of survey data and update property maps as needed
- Ensure compliance with all legal regulations and standards for land surveys

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Land Surveyor
- Proficient in using specialized equipment such as GPS, total stations, and drones
- Strong knowledge of land surveying techniques and principles
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in collecting and analyzing data
- Familiarity with relevant legal regulations and standards for land surveys
