Experienced Baker - Funchal, Portugal

We are seeking an experienced Baker to join our team in Funchal, Portugal. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of baked goods including breads, pastries, and desserts. You must have previous experience in a bakery setting and be able to work independently.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and desserts according to recipes
- Ensure quality and consistency of all baked goods
- Monitor inventory levels and order ingredients as needed
- Maintain cleanliness of work area and equipment
- Train and supervise other bakery staff as needed
- Adhere to all food safety regulations

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Baker in a commercial bakery setting
- Knowledge of various baking techniques and recipes
- Ability to work independently with attention to detail
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills (English or Portuguese)
- Must be legally authorized to work in Portugal
