Welder Supervisor



We are seeking a skilled Welder Supervisor to join our team in Salalah. As a Welder Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of welders and ensuring that all welding projects are completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in welding, preferably in a supervisory role. They should also have strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a team. A high level of attention to detail and knowledge of welding techniques and safety procedures is essential.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of welders
- Assign tasks and monitor progress
- Ensure that all welding work meets quality standards
- Train new employees on welding techniques and safety procedures
- Maintain equipment and ensure their proper usage
- Collaborate with other departments to plan and execute projects

Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in welding
- Previous experience in a supervisory role preferred
- Strong leadership skills
- Knowledge of various welding techniques and safety procedures
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Good communication skills
- Valid work permit or visa sponsorship available for foreigners

Salary: $1000 per month (negotiable based on experience)
