Merchandiser for Canadian and Filipino Markets in Bansko



We are searching for a dynamic and experienced Merchandiser to join our team in Bansko, Bulgaria. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for managing the Canadian and Filipino markets, ensuring that our products are displayed strategically and attractively in retail stores. Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with retail stores in Canada and the Philippines
- Develop merchandising strategies to increase sales and brand awareness
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of products
- Conduct store visits to ensure proper placement of products, attractive displays, and availability of promotional materials
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and make informed decisions on product assortment
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotions and campaigns
- Train store staff on product knowledge, display techniques, and customer service skills
- Negotiate with store managers for prime shelf space to maximize visibility of our products

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Merchandiser or in a similar role
- Fluency in English (knowledge of Canadian or Filipino languages is an asset)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze sales data and make strategic decisions based on market trends
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Willingness to travel within Canada, the Philippines, as well as internationally if needed
