IT Support Specialist


We are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team in Acre, Israel. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients and internal staff. This is a full-time position suitable for men with experience in computer support.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and in-person
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and provide timely resolutions
- Install and configure computer systems, networks, printers, and other peripherals
- Set up new user accounts and maintain user permissions as needed
- Ensure proper functioning of all technology equipment and software
- Conduct system upgrades and maintenance when necessary
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical issues
- Document all support activities and maintain accurate records
- Keep up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in the industry

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in computer support or related field
- Strong knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting
- Experience with network setup and maintenance preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment
- Proven problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Available for occasional after-hours support when needed

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month, based on qualifications and experience.
