Handyman Supervisor

As a Handyman Supervisor in Os, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of handymen and ensuring high-quality work is completed in a timely manner. You will also be responsible for managing the maintenance and repair tasks for various properties, ensuring that all work is done to company standards.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of handymen, including delegating tasks and monitoring progress
- Inspect properties to assess maintenance and repair needs
- Create work schedules and assign tasks to team members
- Ensure all work is completed efficiently, accurately, and within deadlines
- Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies necessary for repair work
- Train new handymen on company procedures and safety protocols
- Communicate with property owners to address any concerns or issues related to maintenance or repairs
- Conduct quality control checks on completed work to ensure it meets company standards

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a handyman or in a similar supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of various repair techniques and tools
- Ability to read blueprints, diagrams, and schematics
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate team members
- Good communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with property owners
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in relevant field is preferred
