Restaurant Manager

The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant in Al Buraymi. They will manage a team of employees, ensure high quality service and food, and meet financial goals. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in restaurant management, strong leadership skills, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700$. Accommodation is not provided, and applicants must have a biometric passport. As the Restaurant Manager, your duties will include:

- Hiring, training, and supervising staff members to ensure excellent customer service
- Developing and implementing strategies to increase sales and meet financial goals
- Maintaining inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed
- Ensuring food safety standards are followed at all times
- Handling customer complaints and resolving any issues that may arise
- Creating schedules for employees and managing labor costs
- Collaborating with the kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of food orders
- Conducting regular meetings with staff to discuss performance and address any concerns or suggestions
- Maintaining a clean and organized restaurant environment
- Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements:

- Previous experience in restaurant management or a similar role preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work under pressure and handle difficult situations with ease
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and financial goals
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Biometric passport required
