levels Restaurant Manager
We are hiring a Restaurant Manager for our Indian restaurant in Al Buraymi, Oman. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the restaurant, including daily operations, customer service, and staff management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the restaurant's daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and scheduling
- Ensure high-quality customer service is provided at all times by maintaining a positive and welcoming atmosphere
- Train and manage staff to ensure they are following company policies and providing excellent service to customers
- Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure consistency and make necessary improvements as needed
- Handle any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
- Create and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and increase revenue
- Manage budget and expenses to ensure profitability while maintaining quality standards
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role in the restaurant industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent time-management skills
- Good communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage)
- Must have legal authorization to work in Oman
