The ideal candidate should have prior experience in welding and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine proper welding techniques
- Operate various types of welding equipment such as MIG, TIG, and stick welders
- Perform various types of welding techniques according to project specifications
- Inspect completed welds for quality assurance
- Maintain a safe working environment by following safety procedures and wearing proper protective gear
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects within given deadlines

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience in welding
- Knowledge of different types of welding techniques (MIG, TIG, stick)
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Strong attention to detail and quality assurance
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and work in various positions
- Good hand-eye coordination
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
