Dismantler Technician


A reputable dismantling company in Siauliai is seeking a skilled and motivated Dismantler Technician to join our team. As a Dismantler Technician, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently dismantling various mechanical and electrical equipment, such as vehicles and machinery. You must have excellent technical skills and the ability to work well under pressure. This position is open to both locals and foreigners with proficiency in English. Previous experience is not required, but strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn is essential. We offer competitive salary of 1300$ per month, as well as opportunities for growth within the company. Visa sponsorship may be available for qualified candidates. Responsibilities:
- Safely dismantle various mechanical and electrical equipment according to company procedures
- Identify valuable parts and components for resale
- Label and organize dismantled parts for inventory purposes
- Ensure proper disposal of hazardous materials
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety protocols at all times
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Complete necessary paperwork accurately and in a timely manner

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal)
- Strong technical skills with the ability to use hand tools effectively
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Good physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy objects when necessary
- Attention to detail with strong organizational skills
- Ability to follow instructions closely while also being able to work independently
- Flexibility to work overtime or on weekends when needed
- Valid driver's license preferred
