Moderator for Online Community

As a Moderator for our online community, you will be responsible for ensuring a positive and engaging experience for all members. Your main duties will include monitoring and moderating discussions, enforcing community guidelines, and addressing member concerns or issues.

Requirements:
- Fluency in English (other languages are a plus)
- Experience in moderating online communities
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Location: Utena, Canada (open to candidates from other countries with valid work permits)

Responsibilities:
- Monitor discussions and posts within the online community
- Enforce community guidelines and take action against any violations
- Respond to member concerns or issues in a timely manner
- Engage with members to encourage participation and foster a positive community atmosphere
- Collaborate with other moderators to ensure consistency in moderation practices
- Provide reports on community activity and feedback on ways to improve the community experience

Salary: $1600/month (negotiable based on experience)

We are seeking a highly motivated individual with previous experience moderating online communities. This position is open to candidates from any nationality as long as they have valid work permits for Canada. No English language proficiency is required but fluency is preferred.
