Moderator for Online Community


We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Moderator to join our growing online community in Utena, Lithuania. As a moderator, you will be responsible for maintaining a positive and engaging environment for our community members, ensuring that all discussions and interactions adhere to our community guidelines.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor and moderate all user-generated content within the online community platform
- Engage with community members by responding to comments, questions, and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Identify and address any issues or conflicts within the community
- Collaborate with the community manager to develop strategies for increasing user engagement and growth
- Keep track of key metrics related to user activity, member feedback, and overall community health
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in online community management
- Assist with organizing virtual events, contests, and other activities to foster a sense of community among members

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing, communications, or a related field
- Minimum of 1 year of experience moderating an online community or managing social media platforms
- Excellent written communication skills in English (fluency in other languages is a plus)
- Strong understanding of online culture and social media trends
- Ability to handle conflicts and difficult situations with tact and professionalism
- Enthusiastic team player with strong organizational skills
- Flexible schedule to accommodate occasional evening or weekend shifts as needed

Salary: 1300$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Utena, Lithuania (remote work options available)
