Handyman for Residential Properties in Eldoret, Kenya

We are hiring a handyman to join our team in Eldoret, Kenya. The ideal candidate will be a skilled and reliable individual who is able to handle various maintenance and repair tasks for residential properties. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1000$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry
- Repair and replace damaged fixtures and appliances
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies
- Respond to maintenance requests from tenants in a timely manner
- Ensure all work is completed efficiently and to high standards
- Keep the property clean and presentable at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a handyman or in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of basic repair techniques for various household items
- Ability to use power tools safely and effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Good communication skills in English (knowledge of other local languages is a plus)
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects if needed
