Junior Architectural Technologist

As a Junior Architectural Technologist, you will work closely with our team of experienced architects to assist in the design and development of various architectural projects. This position is suitable for men who have a passion for architecture and are looking to gain practical experience in the field. Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of architectural drawings, plans, and designs
- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather information for project development
- Collaborate with senior architects to ensure design concepts are accurately translated into technical drawings
- Use CAD software to create detailed 2D and 3D models
- Research and incorporate sustainable design practices into projects
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in Architecture or related field
- Fluent in English (verbal and written)
- Proficient in CAD software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent time management skills
- Passion for sustainable design

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month for this entry-level position. Accommodation will also be provided for non-local candidates.
