Facade Technician



We are in search of a skilled and experienced Facade Technician to join our team in Faisalabad. As a Facade Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of building facades. This position is suitable for men who have their own visa and are looking for part-time work.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install new facades on buildings according to design plans
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of existing facades
- Identify and troubleshoot any issues with facades and recommend solutions
- Repair damaged or broken facades using appropriate tools and techniques
- Keep accurate records of all facade installations, repairs, and maintenance work
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure proper installation and functionality of facades
- Stay updated on industry advancements and best practices for facade installation and maintenance

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Facade Technician or similar role
- Knowledge of different types of building facades including glass, metal, stone, etc.
- Familiarity with facade installation techniques and safety procedures
- Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints
- Good physical stamina for working at heights and lifting heavy materials
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Own visa is required for this position

Salary:
We are offering a competitive salary of 1600$ per month for this part-time position.
