Architectural Technologist - Contract Position in Lahore, Pakistan



We are a leading architectural firm in Lahore, Pakistan seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team on a contract basis. This is an urgent job opportunity for a highly skilled and motivated individual who is passionate about architecture and has a strong understanding of construction methods and materials.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of design and construction drawings using AutoCAD
- Conduct site visits to gather measurements and assess project progress
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure designs meet technical requirements
- Research and evaluate new building materials and technologies
- Prepare project documentation including reports, specifications, and cost estimates
- Monitor project timelines and budgets to ensure timely completion within budget constraints

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architectural Technology or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience working as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
