Entry-Level Restaurant Manager


We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Restaurant Manager in Bergen, Norway. As an Entry-Level Manager, you will have the opportunity to learn and develop your skills in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing daily operations of the restaurant, including coordinating staff schedules, ensuring high levels of customer service, and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Train and supervise front-of-house and back-of-house staff, ensuring they are knowledgeable about menu items, customer service expectations, and safety protocols.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed.
- Handle customer complaints or issues efficiently to ensure a positive dining experience.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient food preparation and timely delivery of orders.
- Assist in creating marketing strategies to attract new customers and maintain loyal clientele.
- Maintain financial records, including tracking sales, expenses, and labor costs.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
- Prior experience in the restaurant industry is not required but is a plus.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Basic knowledge of food safety regulations.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
