Facade Designer

As a Facade Designer, you will be responsible for creating and designing the exterior appearance of buildings. This includes selecting materials, creating detailed drawings and specifications, and collaborating with architects and engineers to ensure functionality and safety. You will also need to have a strong understanding of building codes and regulations, as well as experience with various design software. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Designing the external facade of buildings according to client specifications
- Selecting appropriate materials and finishes based on aesthetic, functional, and budgetary requirements
- Creating detailed drawings and specifications for construction
- Collaborating with architects and engineers to ensure design feasibility
- Keeping up-to-date with building codes and regulations
- Utilizing design software such as AutoCAD or SketchUp
- Communicating effectively with clients, contractors, and other team members
- Conducting site visits to ensure designs are being implemented correctly

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field (preferred)
- Minimum of 3 years experience in facade design or a related field
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD or SketchUp
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Salary: $900/month
Location: Fonvieille (accommodation provided)
