Administrative Director - Al-Wakra, Qatar
A leading company in Al-Wakra, Qatar is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Administrative Director to join our team. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1100$ per month. As the Administrative Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all administrative operations and ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to improve overall efficiency
- Manage and supervise a team of administrative staff members
- Plan, organize, and coordinate various projects and initiatives
- Oversee budgeting and financial management for administrative functions
- Monitor office supplies and equipment inventory, ordering new supplies as needed
- Handle employee relations issues, including hiring, training, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions
- Ensure compliance with all local laws and regulations
- Serve as a liaison between different departments within the company
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in an administrative role, preferably in a similar industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software programs
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Filipino nationality preferred
