Key Responsibilities:

- Resolving any issues or complaints that may arise from customers.

- Assisting in the development of customer service procedures.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or related field preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English (fluency required).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Basic computer proficiency with the ability to navigate multiple online platforms simultaneously.
- Must have own visa/work permit for Vilnius, Lithuania.
